Refund policy

We accept returns for whatever reason. Whether it is the wrong size, or does not suit your house, that is not a problem. You have 21 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, we please ask that your item or items are:

Unused and free from defects as you received it.

In the original packaging.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us, we do recommend that you take out adequate insurance for any loss or damage that may occur during your return shipping, these shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note we do not insure your return items if damaged during the return shipping you will need to contact your courier to recover your costs for any damage.

Please insert your order number and name on a piece of paper and put it in the box with your item.

Refunds

Once item has arrived back with ourselves, we will give it a quick inspection to make sure everything is in order, and then notify you to say we have received your item.

Once everything is approved with us, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment) excluding the initial delivery fees.

The refund is likely to take around 4-5 days to appear on your statement (dependent on your bank).

Lost or Stolen Parcels

In the event that an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, we are required to conduct an investigation with the courier service. This process must be completed before a replacement or full refund can be issued.
We appreciate your patience while the investigation is underway and will keep you updated throughout.
