I bought 2 and super happy with my purchase. Directions were in English and setting it up was easy. Charge it fully. Install the stick with the spring into the bottle and remove the plastic plug then put cap back on and hit the button. I’ll be using these at open houses where it needs a little love. No plug in needed. No WiFi needed! Just make sure it doesn’t sit directly onto wood as the oil will land on it.

This was much nicer than I had expected, the bottle is very heavy glass and it is packaged beautifully. The sent is amazing and the strength is perfect. I am ordering more today as holiday gifts.

I was skeptical about purchasing these thinking it may be another scam, there's so many now days but boy was i wrong !! I ordered 2 it took a bit of time to get them but very well worth the wait.. they are fabulous, I absolutely love them . I love it! It's cute and stylish and smell's really good. I have the Shangri-la and the Cherry Blossom sent. Both of them smell really nice. I will be ordering more of the mist michines. plus the refill. If your thinking about it yes try them you won't be disappointed.

I really appreciate this company’s responsibility and excellent customer service. I reached out because I had not received any updates about my order, and they responded in less than two hours. They also provided me with more detailed tracking information so I could follow my package more closely. I was very impressed with how attentive and responsible they were throughout the process.

As for the product, it is absolutely excellent! I have it set to the daytime mode, and my bedroom smells amazing. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of the diffuser. I am so satisfied that I plan to buy another one. I highly recommend this product and this company for both their excellent customer service and the quality of their product!

The diffuser works amazingly well and the intermittent setting is perfect for my bedroom. It’s slightly taller than I expected, but still looks nice.

Great .. refreshing and very impressive package

I am really impressed with this. The 500ml capacity on this is a lifesaver. I was so sick of constantly refilling water tanks and cleaning mold. This pet-friendly formula doesn't bother our cats at all.

The plant extract scents feel very premium. It reminds me of the lobby at a luxury hotel.
