Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Olfia Studio. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and estimated delivery times below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our global network of fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During high-volume periods or major promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in a seamless shopping experience without hidden fees. Therefore, we are proud to offer:

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 10–15 days, depending on your exact geographical location and local carrier efficiency.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.

4. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we optimize our logistics by shipping items from the warehouse closest to you. If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. You will be provided with tracking numbers for each individual package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As outlined in our Terms of Purchase, applicable consumption taxes and customs duties are generally calculated and included during the checkout process. However, please be aware that local customs authorities have the right to inspect packages, which may occasionally cause unexpected delays outside of our control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If you realize you have made an error, please email us immediately at support@olfiastudio.com with the subject line "Urgent: Address Change." We will do our best to update the address, but once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, we can no longer modify the destination, and we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it has been more than 3 days since the "delivered" status and you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
